Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Front-End Developer with expertise in React technology to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Developer at Mimbi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface and experience of our platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into captivating front-office features and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to understand project requirements and translate them into elegant, responsive, and user-friendly front-end solutions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality codebase using React and related technologies, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement intuitive user interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our backend systems, delivering a seamless end-to-end user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development, and apply them to continuously enhance the usability and visual appeal of our applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure smooth functionality across various devices and browsers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and coding standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the alignment of visual elements and user interface behaviors.

Requirements:

- Proven professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with a focus on React technology.
- Strong experience with NextJS.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks Tailwind, PandaCSS, with an emphasis on creating pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and creativity in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A portfolio of past projects that demonstrates your technical skills and creative approach to front-end development.
